Children's Day celebration started in India
It is being celebrated with great enthusiasm across the country. Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru's birthday is celebrated as 'Children's Day every year!
Jawaharlal Nehru was born on November 14th. He loved children very much. This is why children still call him Chacha Nehru.
Nehru used to say that children are the future of the country.
That is why it is necessary that they receive love and care so that they can support themselves. Various colorful programs, fairs and many competitions are organized in Schools on Children's Day.
On that day, sweets and caramels are distributed among children in schools. Gifts are also given to children in many places.
After Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru's death on May 27, 1964, in view of his love for children, it was unanimously decided that from that date, every year, on November 14, Chacha Nehru's Birthday would be celebrated. the "Children's Day" and The day's program would be organised.
