Born in Coimbra, grow up in Almalagues and in his firts years woke up for this art. Marked by the wonders of caricature and watercolour began to see this art like a
way to exprex himself in 1980. Soon develop and is envolved in Workshops of art, Music terapy and Art, Cienctficion and Educacional Meetings and Public Artistic
Meetings.
In his atelier in Almalagues, he open his doors to scholls and high scholls students all over the country and developed diferente kinds of work for them to work on
there mind estimulation and criativity. Victor Costa have been in several individual expositions and with others, been represented in public collecions and private in
Autria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Spain, USA, France, Greece, Holand, India, Italy, Norway, Portugal, UK, Servia and Swedeen. Member of the Artistic Movement of
Coimbra, MAGENTA, Arte à Vista Association (CEO), AAAGP-PT, Amizade e das Artes Galego Portuguesa and CNAP(Clube Nacional de Artes Plasticas) Association. Since
December 2011 he is the Arte do Recordatorio Rainha Santa/ Alfredo Bastos Comissary.He was the first nomeny in January 2013 for the Academico Correspondente da
Federacao Brasileira dos Academicos de Ciencias, Letras e Artes.
Award with the 1º Prize in the Pintura ao Vivo Comemorativo dos 15 anos da Biblioteca Municipal de Mira event in 2011, 1º Prize in the Pintura ao Vivo in the Museu
Etnografico da Praia de Mira Open Event, 1º Prize in the Comemorativo dos 16 anos da Biblioteca Municipal de Mira in 2012 Open Event, 1º Prize in the Comemorativo
dos 95 anos do Clube de Tenis of Figueira da Foz Open Event in 2012 and the Silver Medal of art of the International Art Exhibition – Casa do Paço 2014. Recognition
by the Federaçao Brasileira dos Academicos de Ciencias Letras e Artes with theInternational Prize of Paint with the - « Pincel de Ouro» (Golden Brush) in 2013.
